Thoughtful Thursday

Last night I was able to enjoy a nice 7 mile run with Angie Brown.  It is always a pleasure to spend time with friends and doing something I love.  If anyone else is interested, Angie and I are trying to run together every Wednesday.

Just a reminder - wear your reflective gear!  We still have a lot of dark hours (morning and evening) here in the Northwest.  Amphipod makes a great reflective vest http://www.rei.com/product/772529/amphipod-xinglet  and Petzl makes an awesome headlight http://www.rei.com/product/791311/petzl-tikka-2-led-headlamp.  You'll needs these for Ragnar anyway - might as well break them in before July :)
