Training

You know you are in the midst of training when....
1.  You lose a toenail.  Check!
2.  You have some type of pain or injury.  Check!
3.  Your easy run is no longer 3 miles.  Check!
Laura and I will take a 10 mile tour of Seattle tomorrow morning.  We are taking advantage the grandparents are in town.  Woot Woot to a Friday morning run!

50/50 Update

Get your tickets.  $2/ticket or $10/10 tickets.  You can email Laura or I and let us know how many you would like.  We will set them aside and you can send a check in the mail.  Presto - you have a chance of winning half the pot.  I believe we are getting close to $1000.  Can we hit $1500???
